Lawyer Emanuele Onofrini Maccarrone

Born in Conegliano (TV) in 1984, he graduated from the "G. Marconi" classical high school in Conegliano (TV) in 2003. At the end of the 2011 academic year, he obtained his master's degree in Law at the University of Ferrara, discussing a thesis entitled "Continuity and innovation in mafia action". In March 2012, he enrolled in the Ferrara register of trainee lawyers. After passing the examination session at the Court of Appeal of Bologna, in 2015 he obtained the title of lawyer and enrolled in the register of Treviso Bar Association, where he still practises. He continues to deal with the subject of his thesis by participating, as speaker and organiser, in several conferences on organised crime and international terrorism.

Bel. Lauren Stallivieri

Born in Brazil in Caxias do Sul (RS) in 1970. Graduated in Law from the University of Caxias do Sul in 1993. Sworn Italian/Portuguese translator appointed by competitive examination by the Commercial Council of Rio Grande do Sul in 2010. Teacher of Italian Language and Culture at the Foreign Languages Programme of the University of Caxias do Sul for 18 years (1999/2017). In 1989, concomitantly with the start of her studies at the Faculty of Law, she began collaborating with Studio Stallivieri, in Caxias do Sul, which for years had already been offering specialised services in Procedures for the rectification of Civil Status acts, searches and requests for documents in Italy, translations and preparation of documentation for the process of recognition of Italian citizenship. As a collaborating member of the Italian Cultural Centre of Caxias do Sul since childhood, she has always supported activities to disseminate and preserve Italian culture and build bridges between the two countries.

Prof. Phd. Giovanni Jan Giubilato

Born in Italy in 1984. Internationally active professional and scholar, collaborates with university institutions and research organisations in Italy, Germany, USA, Mexico, Colombia and Brazil.

PhD in philosophy at the Bergische Universität Wuppertal (BUW) - Germany and the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (URGS) - Brazil. Postdoc at Universidade Estadual de Londrina (UEL), Brazil in the years 2017-18 and 2018-2020.


Lecturer in philosophy, Italian language and culture with decades of experience in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Germany. He is also translator and author of several publications and scientific papers.
