Recognition of Italian citizenship by descent iure sanguinis.

Italian citizenship iure sanguinis is transmitted from the Italian ascendant to his children, in concatenation, without limit of generations. The Italian legal system is obliged to recognise the status of Italian citizen to all applicants who meet the requirements recently ascertained by the Supreme Court of Cassation with the sentence of the United Sections no. 25317/2022.

CidadanITA specialises in the process of recognising Italian citizenship iure sanguinis for Brazilian and Argentine citizens of Italian descent.

Our team of professionals offers you complete assistance throughout the entire process for the recognition of your Italian citizenship: from genealogical research to the delivery of your birth certificate as an Italian citizen. Clarity, transparency, results.

The process ends with the ruling recognising your Italian nationality.

The competent municipality then inscribes and transcribes your recognised nationality on your birth certificate, which CIdadaniITA will then conveniently send to your home.
